These terms apply to all wholesale and B2B customers of KR Clothing. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

📦 MOQ Requirement

Kids’ clothing requires 20–50 pieces per style, while women’s clothing requires 30–100 pieces per style. Mixed styles are accepted as long as the total order quantity meets the MOQ requirement.

💳 Pricing & Payment

Wholesale prices are based on order volume. We accept Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Credit Card. A 30% deposit is required to start production, and the full balance must be paid before shipment.

⏱️ Production & Lead Time

Standard stock orders are usually ready within 3–5 business days, while customized orders typically require 15–25 business days. Production begins after deposit payment and design confirmation.

✅ Quality Assurance

All items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure compliance with U.S. quality standards. Any defective items will be replaced or refunded without conditions.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellation

Changes to confirmed orders must be requested within 48 hours. Once production has started, cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Wholesale orders can be shipped by Air, UPS, FedEx, or sea freight (container). All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
