All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
(Aside from large-quantity orders newly produced by the factory.)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
B2B wholesale orders and customized orders require 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery.

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
B2B Bulk Shipping: 7–15 business days
Drop shipping Orders: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $3,000.
Orders under $1,000: Flat rate $59.99.
B2B wholesale shipping rates are calculated based on weight, quantity, and destination.

You can track your order status at any time through our website or the official carrier site.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery.
