Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms before joining and using the KR Clothing Dropship Program.

🧾 Eligibility

The program is open to U.S.-based online sellers, Shopify merchants, social media resellers, and other e-commerce businesses. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs.

⚙️ Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly from our warehouse to your customer.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment. Packages do not contain invoices, price lists, or promotional inserts.

✅ Product Quality

All products are inspected before shipping. Defective items may be returned or exchanged. To report a quality issue, please provide the order number, related photos or videos, and the affected quantity. Customer selection errors such as wrong size, color, or style are not covered.

💲 Pricing & Brand Policy

You may set your own retail pricing and use our product images for your store. However, product descriptions must remain accurate, and you may not take any action that harms the KR Clothing brand.

♻️ Returns & Support

Returns are handled according to our official Return & Refund Policy. You are responsible for customer communication, while we assist with shipping issues and product quality concerns.
